The Cotillion for Achievement is a 501(c)(3) operated entirely by volunteers. Funding for all scholarships and professional development workshops are provided solely through donations. Because there are no paid staff, all donated funds go directly toward scholarships and professional development workshops.

Cotillion's Class of 2023 events, seminars, and scholarships
Cotillion's all-volunteer board recently earned the Gold Star Rating for financial transparency and best board practices. GuideStar is considered the gold standard for advising and rating nonprofits.

Help outstanding area high school seniors continue their education, community involvement, and professional development.
$60 pays for supplies for one finalist's leadership and professional development activities
$100 pays for expenses associated with one finalist's attire or his/her family's attendance at the awards and recognition event
$800 generously pays for all 16 finalists' meals at the awards and recognition event
$1000 generously pays for one finalist's scholarship to the post-secondary institution of their choice
All donations directly benefit the 16 finalists
